Overview

This website was designed by myself as part of a staff for a web design company; the functionality was outsourced to another programmer.  I used muted colours and wood textures to portray the hand-made, authentic style that the food in cooked in. I also looked through the client’s image library and cleaned up their photos to make them either look like they were floating in the main image slider to so bring a visually striking colour pallete into the design.

I did give this client 2 different design options. One direction was to emphasize the natural, hand made look, while the other direction was to emphasize the Hispanic- San Antonio look. I was happy with both options and had no regrets to one design not being chosen over another.
